• Avaya CMS, ACR, WFO/WFM and AES Project implementation for clients like BPO, Telecom, Bank, & Government Institution.
• Manages and support VERINT Enterprise Recording V11.1 & V15.2 which includes maintenance, troubleshooting and applying KB patches & upgrade.
• Provide support & maintenance for company and clients of Verint Enterprise recording, Calabrio ONE, Avaya Call management system, Application Enablement Service, Avaya Contact Recorder, Workforce Optimization, VClog, Splunk, Avaya PBX, System and Session Manager, Session Border Control & Avaya one-X agent including upgrading system with latest service packs and available patches.
• Installation and configuration of VMware ESXI.
• Provide services and maintenance for VMware ESXI that includes monitoring, provision, CPU/RAM and storage adds.
• Responsible for maintaining and deploying patches and vulnerabilities to Dell / Avaya servers.
• Execute maintenance and system back-up/ restore for Microsoft SQL.
