-Taking phone calls in a retail company to check orders, process replacements and refunds for damage items. - Taking phone calls in a financial account to check the card balance of the customer and verify transactions. - Taking phone calls for a travel account where we sell tours around the world, book reservations, process refunds and cancelation.
