Right now, I coordinate two US healthcare programs: patient intake, insurance verification, scheduling in WebPT and Calendly, billing oversight, and lead response. Before that, I led a five-person support team for a Shopify brand, handling 30 to 50 tickets a day and helping run about $245K in yearly order volume across nearly 5,000 orders.
The part that sets me apart: when a process is stuck on paper or buried in a messy spreadsheet, I build the tool that replaces it. I built a payroll web app (Next.js, React, Supabase) that took several construction sites off paper timesheets, and a Google Apps Script dashboard that ended a business's weekly manual lead reconciliation.
So you get two hires in one. Someone who runs the day-to-day operations without being chased, and someone who can fix the systems underneath instead of just working around them.
I'm a final-year Civil Engineering student, which is where the systems habit comes from. I work independently, document what I do, and communicate clearly in English over writing and calls.
