Hi, I’m Hera but you can call me RAI, I’m a mom of two wonderful sons. I’m currently looking for a remote, work from home position. I am a dedicated and reliable VA and Customer Service Assistant with several experience supporting customers and business operations. I have a year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO, where I handled inbound calls specifically for a healthcare account. I also have experience as an HR Officer, where I am responsible for employee sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees, in addition to performing various administrative tasks. Additionally, I have knowledge and experience with Reddit, including posting content, titles, and links in subreddits. Although I am still not an expert in this area, I am eager to learn, contribute, and make a positive impact on your organization. I can do any job as long as you provide the instructional documents/videos or have time to train me. I’m a fast learner and willing to work full-time and for the long term.
