I worked with a Company Called as Get Viral Daily. I was tasked to reach out to creators using Platforms such as; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Gmail. I outreach content creators from these various platforms and convince them to promote for our company.

I used Yay dialer to make follow-up calls, confirm appointments, and engage with clients professionally. I ensured timely communication, documented call outcomes, and followed scripts to maintain consistency. I also handled inquiries, addressed concerns, and updated CRM records to keep track of interactions and improve follow-up efficiency.

I got to enter the data of the emailed people trough Microsoft Excel in the Company I used to work at which is Get Viral Daily. I usually collect the data such as their Profile link, username, number of followers, their email, and if they were verified

manage and organize emails, schedule meetings through Outlook Calendar, and coordinate with teams efficiently. I ensured timely responses, maintained a structured inbox, and utilized folders and rules to streamline communication. I also scheduled and managed Zoom calls, keeping track of important appointments and follow-ups.
