If there's one thing my years in customer support have taught me, it's that people don't always remember every step you took to fix their problem, but... they do remember how you made them feel.

Every day, I had the opportunity to help customers through phone calls, live chat, and support tickets. Some reached out with simple questions while others were frustrated because something wasn't working the way they expected.

The skills I'm most proud of aren't found in any software. They're patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm when someone needs help the most. Because sometimes, the best support isn't just solving a problem. It's letting someone know they're not facing it alone (I am here for you! :)).
