In my current role as a Customer Service Representative at Chirpish, I have successfully resolved over 400 customer issues, including billing discrepancies, returns, refunds, cancellations, product reviews, and account modifications. I always prioritize the needs of our customers while maintaining the reputation and standards of the company. I have extensive experience handling customer inquiries and complaints face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. My excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service make me a valuable asset to any organization.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have worked for one year as a Property Manager for a short-term rental property. In this role, I managed listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo, coordinated bookings, handled guest inquiries, ensured smooth check-ins and check-outs, and addressed any maintenance or operational issues promptly. This experience has strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
