Working as a professional Customer Support Representative for 11 years of experience in Customer Service doing Phone, Email, and Chat support. But before I started to work from home setting. I spent 4 years in the BPO and Call Center industry and gained a well-rounded experience in customer support via phone, chat, and email for various companies.
