My previous experience also includes working as an Onboarding Specialist and Community Manager, where I guided new members through onboarding, answered questions, managed online communities, and encouraged engagement. As an Appointment Setter, I was responsible for outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and email outreach. I used Hubstaff as our softphone and communication platform, Calendly for booking appointments, Google Docs for documentation, Lucidchart for creating and updating SOPs, and Slack for daily team collaboration.

I am comfortable working independently in a remote environment and quickly adapting to new systems and workflows. I am known for being reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
