Profile Description

I build systems that make people and organizations perform better. I've spent 7+ years proving it across L&D, talent management, and AI-powered product development.

I currently manage 60 active global placements at Pearl Talent, where I own the full talent lifecycle: onboarding, check-ins, performance tracking, and retention. I run lean, high-touch operations using Claude and HubSpot, keeping visibility and quality high without the overhead.

My background spans three intersecting areas:

Talent Success and Performance Consulting. I partner with global stakeholders to turn data into decisions, catch risks early, and keep talent engaged and productive long term.

Learning and Development. I architect and deliver training programs across ILT, VILT, and eLearning that drive measurable business results, including a 19-point increase in training throughput at Alorica.

AI-Powered Product Development. I design and ship full-stack applications in production: a multi-interface restaurant ordering system for a live client, a real-time budget tracking PWA, and a white-label POS system with GCash integration. I combine a Computer Science foundation with an AI-first build approach to deliver tools that non-technical users can actually run.
