I have been working as a customer service representative for
almost 9 years.
I have started my career as a freelance virtual
assistant since June of 2022. I have helped my recent client with
administrative tasks. I worked on contacting the client’s potential candidates,
worked on
on data entry.
I have over 3 years of team lead experience. The
most recent company I worked with as a team lead was with TaskUs for financial
account. I was handling 13 agents when I started and ended with 11 before I
left.
Day to day deliverables consist of Attendance
report, Metrics/Performance report, Call monitoring, QA review, Dsat analysis
and scrubbing, Coaching, Supervisor calls, and EOD report.
I have great communication skills.
I am able to work and get along with clients from
different backgrounds.
I am capable of working with any Microsoft office
applications.
I have used Outlook as a main
I have used Word for creating letters or documents.
I have used excel sheets in creating detailed
reports, extracting, filtering, and presenting data.
Lastly, I have made use of PowerPoint for WBR or
QBR presentations.
I am used to working in a constantly changing
environment.
I know how to utilize every tool at my disposal to
finish tasks at hand. More importantly, I work with proficiency and integrity.
