Profile Description

I grew up in Caloocan City, Philippines, 22 years old, and attended Far Eastern University where I studied Humanities and Social Sciences. After graduating, I began my career in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for 2 years. I have handled telecommunications, healthcare, and sales accounts. During those times, I gained experience in Speaking, writing, navigating technology, listening, observing, and most especially empathizing.  And when the pandemic happened it became hard for me to earn since most of the company stopped operating, so, I dUpgrade to see actual info to look for a job remotely. hopefully, I’ll be able to find one soon.
