I currently work as an HR & Administrative Manager at OCIC Consulting Int'l Inc., where I am in charge of the overall management of the HR and Administration Department. I ensure the effective implementation of approved policies and programs and oversee human resource planning, recruitment, selection, and hiring of qualified staff, including all personnel movements. Additionally, I ensure the smooth and effective implementation of compensation and benefit programs, keeping them relevant and competitive with market practices. I also formulate and document HRAD policies, processes, and guidelines and ensure compliance with labor laws and government requirements, including reviewing employment contracts. Moreover, I identify training needs and design development interventions to enhance employee productivity while tracking individual progress.

I am passionate about enhancing the human capital of the organization and creating a positive and productive work environment. I am skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office, as well as public speaking and leadership. I am fluent in English and Tagalog.
