I have 15 years of experience in Customer Service, 1 year in which in a more like a quality assurance role. Part of my daily task is answering emails and inquiry calls which will then be documented daily. All of my former mentors can attest that I am hard-working and dependable as I am never late for any deliverables and tasks. I even submit them in advance sometimes. I also don't like complaining - I'd rather focus on the solution rather than dwell on the problem itself.
Aside from that, I also have an experience in chat support where it is high-paced work and you need to answer inquiries right away and be knowledgeable in whatever products you might have. Throughout the years, I have handled different tools that can help me do my work efficiently at work.
