I worked as a Telemarketer and a Customer Service Specialist for 5 years while working as Social Media Manager. My responsibility as a Telemarketer was to reach out to potential clients and discuss the importance and benefits of our products and while as a Customer Service Specialist my responsibility was to help participants with Retirement plans manage their Retirement account.
Also, as a Social Media Manager, I've helped some clients managed their Social Media accounts by consistently posting and helping them gain more likes and followers in all platforms. To be a Social Media Manager is something I love to do. I love helping clients achieve their goals and increase their value and brand reputation through the use of social media.
Aside from my work experiences, I can also offer other services such as Facebook Ads, Shopify, WordPress and Virtual Assistant. I can help you save your time, manage your team and work on your goals
