Profile Description

To summarize a small but important part of myself, First of all I am ---------- , but my friends call me Moon, or ---------- - my second name. I graduated College as Cum Laude at age 19. When I turned 20 I became employed and was hired for 2 separate known and large Business Process Outsourcing Companies or Call Centers in the Philippines. The function I got from my first job was an Inbound Telesales Professional. I worked there for more than a year doing telesales to all existing Sprint & non-Sprint customers based in the USA. I was fortunate to be one of the top sales performer even when I was a rookie back then. Eventually with a heavy heart, I left and was hired as a Customer Service Specialist for Optus Telecom in Australia as my next ---------- was a day-shift work and I was happy to be a part of a pioneer account and considered as one of the best Customer Service & Billing Specialist for the Small & Medium Business (or SMB) department. However, to further advance my skills which led me to come out of my comfort zone, I left the BPO Industry and pursued for a Bancassurance Sales Executive (BSE, or Financial Advisor) position for BPI-AIA Life Assurance Corp (a subsidiary of AIA Group) in which I mainly provide my knowledge & expertise about Financial Matters to the clients of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (or BPI) for them to wisely save & prepare their hard-earned finances to meet their long term needs and at the same time to protect their loved ones in worst case ---------- was here that I experienced a lot of newer & productive tasks and responsibilities which were all necessary & highly significant for my personal and career growth at that time which is why my stint as a BSE lasted for almost a decade. My employment background definitely shaped my work perspective in a remarkable way. That’s why if your established company accept me as part of your team, I surely would commit to give more than my 100% to the function that I will be assigned at. Though I remain trainable, I would still utilize all the work skills & experiences I have acquired from the stints I had from my previous employers.
