I'm 31 years old with 8-9 years experience in both Customer and Technical service support with Operation supervisor experience for almost 8 years handling crypto, finacial and healthcare programs. What I basically do on a daily basis is manage people, make sure we deliver examplary service out there to our consumers and customers. Make sure the team hits the target with our goals and client demands. My task involves client meetings, team management, making sure our deliverables hits the
required target, training, coaching and tool utilization.
