???? CRM & Lead Nurturing (FUB & Compass): I manage the entire lead lifecycle. I create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, set up automation in Follow Up Boss, and manage customer relationships within Compass to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
???? Digital Marketing & Visual Content: Using Canva, I design monthly social media content for Facebook and Instagram that aligns with your brand identity. I also produce high-quality newsletters and print assets (like monthly newspapers for leads) to keep your brand top-of-mind.
?? Operations & Project Coordination: I streamline daily workflows using Basecamp and Houzz Pro. From coordinating with vendors and managing orders to creating detailed invoices, I handle the operational "heavy lifting" so your projects stay on track and under budget.
