I have experience taking inbound calls and making outbound calls as required or needed in my previous job or role. Additionally, I was upskilled from taking or doing inbound/outbound calls to customer-facing agent via chats and emails. I take pride in my progress from my previous job, as the qualifications include having no attendance issues, having average to high evaluations, and being able to reach or achieve the desired number for metrics. Our task requires us to do intensive research on the customer's account, which includes but is not limited to billing, account modification, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. I learned a lot from my previous job, and one thing I know that I'll bring with me is the importance of putting the customer as the top priority. For me, this knowledge carries the virtues of being timely, offering the best and quality customer service, and having the drive to resolve the customer's concern.
