I am a driven, adaptable, and dedicated individual with expertise as an eCommerce customer service representative, assisting contacts via phone, email, and chat. For more than three years, I served as an Amazon customer service representative, trainer, and resolution specialist.

 I have always been on top of my game and have met all KPIs without any problems during my term.
I am very proactive, and I don't mind asking questions to find out more details so that I may prevent making mistakes and spend more time correcting them.
