I have experience working as a General Virtual Assistant in personal lines insurance, where I was responsible for preparing insurance quotations for home, auto, rental, renters, umbrella, and life policies. I also consolidated monthly renewal reports to monitor premium changes and proactively shopped for alternative carriers when rate increases occurred. In addition, I managed email and calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, data entry, and social media management.

Furthermore, I have customer service experience in the BPO industry, handling both inbound and outbound calls and assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
