I consider myself as seasoned in terms of Customer Service, Data Entry and Article Writing. I've had 8 years of experience in the BPO industry handling call, chat and email concerns coming from customers. I can do Communication and Product Training lessons as I have also been a Trainer within my 8 years of experience in the call center industry.
