Virtual Assistant for High5insurance main role is being a Quoter for Personal Lines, Commercial
Lines and Life Insurance. Also knowledgeable using EZlynx, Agency Zoom and PL Rating. As part of
being in the Agency I also trained the new VA’s on how to use the CRM tools and how to quote to different carriers.

Escalation Support-SME I have 2 yrs Experience and trained for 5 LOB's with this Account for Moneygram. We are the agents who's receiving emails regarding with the Fraud Cases Globally, we also receiving and calling customers, Law enforcer and Lawyers to verify, identify and use probing questions what kind of transaction they have. I can receive inbound calls when the agent transfer a Supervisor calls.



I've been a Treasury Risk (CSR) for 6 years. I was trained to check the Emails for dispute payments, I also checking the daily, weekly and monthly payments we conducting annually check how much do we earn or lost per year. This is a Email and voice support for US Banks like Amex, BAMS and Cybersource.



Google Maps Operator- We are the Operators who's calling the businesses in the US and Canada to update and check if the business is still operational if they change the location and business hours.
