Profile Description

Over the past decade, I have been serving as a Part-time Account Manager at a small online business. My duties include Account Management, Customer Management, Email Management, Inventory Management, Non-voice Customer Support, Order Management, Product Listing on various E-commerce platforms, content scheduling and posting, as well as overseeing shipping and order tracking. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to manage Facebook and Instagram Ads, alongside various other Data Entry tasks. Since February 2021, I have been working as a part-time QA Tester on a Testing website. In my role, I've handled testing websites, mobile applications, and other products, where I've diligently hunted for bugs during usage. I've been involved in different testing cycles such as Regression, Functional, Performance, and Usability, and have successfully reported various types of bugs including visual, content-related, functional, and performance issues. To aid in bug detection, I've utilized tools like Charles Proxy and SDK Platform. Furthermore, I have garnered invaluable experience while assisting a Manager in the financial services sector. During this tenure, I undertook tasks such as Email Management, Non-voice Customer Service, Onboarding Specialist duties, processing client requests, completing forms, generating insurance proposals, organizing client files and documents, facilitating insurance application processing, and preparing presentations for meetings, in addition to other Data Entry responsibilities. In August 2023, I started working as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a US-based company for half a year already, specializing in Data Entry tasks. Throughout this role, I have been entrusted with creating booking, receiving, and shipping worksheets for transactions, as well as crafting Shipping Letter Instructions for customers. My most recent work in the freelancing industry was as a Virtual Assistant for another US-based company, where I handled various responsibilities including Data Entry, Instagram Account Management, CRM management, Customer Support, and Lead Generation/Cold Outreach.
