I’ve worked for one year in customer service, and I always go above and beyond what’s expected of me. As a CSR at Sequential Technology International, I learned how important multitasking is and being resourceful .The nature of my work is to take inbound and outbound calls while processing orders and transcript data to internal data base and in google sheets/Excel. And I don’t see any significant difference in my work and the role that I am applying. Social media management is something that I am also passionate about.
I have no experience being a virtual assistance but my experience and knowledge will help surpass the challenges and excel in the new industry that I’ll be applying with. I know that there’s so much I don’t know but there’s so much I’m willing to learn
