2nd Level Call Center Officer in the Publishing Department that conducts a survey for business magazines and does credit card pulling/hard selling on PNI-KMPG account. 

Have been a Subject Matter Expert/Assistant Team Manager that helps new hires with product knowledge and familiarity, also deals with overseas clients, meetings, sends in reports, takes supervisor calls, and does administrative tasks.

Overall, I have 7 years of experience in the BPO industry.

After BPO, I ventured into home-based jobs and got hired as a virtual assistant. I have been a virtual assistant for 9 years, working as a leasing officer and assistant property manager for various real estate companies and campaigns, gaining extensive knowledge in the industry. I handle social media management, customer support, email and text support, appointment setting, calendar management, maintenance, mileage tracking, scheduling open houses, and other administrative tasks.

Aside from real estate companies, I also got some experience in the e-commerce business. It deals with Customer Service/Management, Social Media Management, Trello, Shopify, Amazon, Seller Central, Slack, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse, Asana, SparkShipping, RingCentral, Repriceit, Shopify, Printech, Printful, GIMP, and a lot more. Also, I do a lot of research.
