I am a highly experienced Technical Service Rep with 9 strong years of experience with a specialty in Office365 and Windows Operating System and VOIP Services such as RingCentral and other cloud pbx services. I have worked with RingCentral,Office365,Microsoft Operating systems and Teams and other remote programs extensively. I pride myself in my ability to work well with people, my technical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain things easily.

I have a solid experience in designing, installation, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting VoIP hardware and software applications
