Perform Intercompany
Resource Related Billing invoice quality check every D-5 and D-1
Coordinate within
finance organization to facilitate error resolution
Analyze and resolve Intercompany
Resource Related Billing invoicing differences
Perform SOX control
Be setting up and
maintaining new Intercompany Resource Related Billing combinations
Be posting transfer
pricing accruals, Intercompany Resource Related Billing accrual
Propose and formulate
new ways of working for efficiency
Work in close cooperation
with other internal units where applicable
Authorize requestor role
for Internal Customer Master Data
Prepare statistics and
report/follow up
Check and supervise
errors in the automated invoice flow (ERS and EDI)
Be in frequent contacts
with local companies and Company Control Hubs and with units within Group
Function Finance
Analysis and investigate
of Unallocated Intercompany payments in AR ---------- itiate corrective
actions and communications
Clear transactions on
Incoming Clearing Accounts.
Prepare reconciliation
for balance sheet GL certification.
Monitor automatic clearing
by RPA, drive enhancements.
IC Gross receipts and
Invoice receipts monitoring and quality control.
Analysis of IC GRIR
Mismatches - causes of mismatches and corresponding resolutions.
Answer inquiries from
SPOC towards resolution of the IC GR/IR mismatches.
Collaboration meetings
with SPOCs,  FBS and CCH (status, clean-up and other concerns).
Extraction, maintain and
review IC aging report
ACOS investigations and
checking in line with new model.
Approval of payment
proposal
Receive payment specifications
for clearings
Regularly match the
Group AP & AR IC ledger
Filing of dispute
requests and IC settlement decisions
Follow up on IC due
invoices and secure payments
Maintain/review IC aging
report
invoice quality
Process the invoices
without and with PO and secure quality
Perform quality
assurance activities
Identify the correct VAT
and withholding tax when needed
Process, analyze and
solve issues for items in error related to the electronic flow
Perform accruals and
other ad hoc activities
