Profile Description

In my previous jobs, I maintained an exceedingly productive payroll environment while managing different accounts in the USA, UK, PH and Canada. I’m good at problem-solving and work well independently with little oversight. I respond to requests from colleagues and clients in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing multiple ongoing projects. I have certificates and experiences that I undergo training in the migration of payroll systems using ADP Vantage from Payforce and SAP.
Additionally, I have expertise in:
? End-to-end payroll process for a large number of employees.
? Maintaining 100% compliance with international employment tax laws.
? Preparing reports to present trends and account information.
? In-depth knowledge of HRIS and database systems management.
I’m a self-starter, flexible, excel at record maintenance, reporting, and tax compliance. I’m also deeply familiar with HR/Payroll software and Microsoft Excel and adapt quickly to new programs.
