Profile Description

I have a call center experience for two years, working as a customer support in an ecommerce. My tasks were to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and to Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. I know how to build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 

I used to work as part-time graphic designer and content creator as a hobby. I am familiar with the use of social media to engage consumers, respond to questions, and to promote company initiatives. I assisted the creative team with the design of promotional materials, and suggested new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
