• Carrier Security Audits: Rapidly cross-verify active DOT/MC operating authority and insurance updates using the FMCSA SAFER and Licensing & Insurance (L&I) database to protect against compliance penalties.

3. WORKFLOW TRACKING & DOCUMENT CONTROL
• Complete Visibility: Trace live asset shipments and communicate ETAs using driver telematics, Trucker Tools, and MacroPoint.
• Document Custody: Flawless verification and processing of critical paperwork: Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), Rate Confirmations (RC), and freight invoicing.

TECHNICAL SYSTEM COMPETENCIES:
• Dispatch & Compliance: DAT ONE, DOFT, Truckmiles, SAFER System, FMCSA L&I, Trucker Tools, MacroPoint.
• Communications & Software: Google Workspace (Advanced Google Sheets), Microsoft Office (Outlook), Front, Freightview, RingCentral, and Dialpad.
