Profile Description

I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience as a Forex trader, including extensive exposure to the proprietary trading industry. I have hands-on experience configuring and managing Expert Advisors (EAs), setting up MT4 and MT5 platforms, and deploying trading systems on Virtual Private Servers (VPS).

In addition to my trading background, I have spent the past two years providing customer and technical support for a company specializing in algorithmic trading software. In this role, I assisted clients with software installation, account setup, VPS configuration, technical troubleshooting, and general product support while delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.

I am seeking a Virtual Assistant or Customer Support position where I can combine my technical expertise, trading knowledge, and customer service experience. I excel in fast-paced remote environments, communicate effectively with clients, and take pride in solving problems efficiently. I am a quick learner, highly adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional support while continuously improving my skills.
