For the past 10 years this has been under the BPO industry in which I have handled a variety of businesses ranging from Travel application, Phone providers, Insurances and Banks.
I have more 5 years experience handling a team in which I handle their performance, attendance and career development. This would include our day to day reports,reports creation and analaysis, coaching sessions, escalations, Side by side support, quality assurance and company compliance.
During the early days of my career, I was able to experience starting up our own Comic company wherein we handled the creation of the book, the pages and articles within, printing, distribution, logistics and Sales. We also had the opportunity to set up events. I personally handled Page layouts and events management. Having this first hand experience allows me to have better understanding on how businesses work to which I still carry today.
