Profile Description

I worked in the Accounting Department for a total of more than six years. I've been as an Accounts Receivable Associate for four years in a Real Estate company - a retail business. I also worked as AR-Collection Specialist in a US based company that provides flooring and windows solutions to the rental housing industry. I currently work as an accounting staff at a US based live event ticketing company. I have had a bookkeeping experience with a US based client for three months who has an advertising and marketing business. I’ve been working in an accounting department for
over six years, including three years supporting U.S clients. With these experiences, I handle billing, collection, cash application, reconciliation processes, collection and aging reports while maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and buyers. I am a highly efficient and results-driven professional who consistently meets deadlines and contributes effectively to supporting company objectives.

My contributions are; Google Sheets monitoring linked to other departments. Reconciled AR GL Accounts for the migration of the SAGE 50 system to the SAP Business One system.

Given my background, I could help your organization because I am proficient in some accounting software, such as Infor CSI, SAP Business One, Sage 50, and Quick Books.
I also have some knowledge in some US bank companies such as Wells Fargo, Prosperity, Paypal and Stripe

I also have expertise of Microsoft Office namely teams, outlook and Excel. I’m proficient in some excel formulas such as Pivot, V lookup, and Sum ifs) and also I’m familiar Google Workspace (google spreadsheets, drive, and calendar).

I’m good in both oral and written communication, I’m detail-oriented, technical in nature, and I can work with less supervision in every task assigned.
