I started my career at Teleperformance back in 2013 doing customer service and technical support for a telco account. I was handling calls, helping customers with their cable and modem setup, booking job orders and eventually moved into a team leader role where I was also training new hires.
From there I moved into appointment setting for a payday loan company serving UK clients. I was scheduling calls for people looking into loans and mortgages and handling

In 2022 I got into the solar industry with Solar Exclusives doing outbound calls for homeowners in the US, then continued that with US Power focusing on California clients and government funded solar programs. I also worked with All Direct Plumbing in Australia qualifying homeowners from Hipages and booking jobs for their plumbers.
At Sunny Earth LLC I stepped into a management role leading a team of appointment setters for a solar company in New York. I was monitoring performance, coaching the team and working closely with the engineers on scheduling.
