I’ve been freelancing since 2021, which helped me sharpen my communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. I’ve worked as a virtual receptionist for more than a year and also supported a short-term rental business in Europe as a guest manager. These roles taught me how to understand customer needs, handle concerns smoothly, and stay organized while working remotely.
