Perform QM Sendouts (Free/Paid). Review and Pullout leads from Live Links Dispatch leads to the production team (Live Links, BuzzStream, Google Archive, Farmed Leads) Check Leads SLA’s to see if leads need to be reassigned or negotiate Update the daily lead dispatch summary in GC’s
Experience: 2 - 5 years
- Hands-on execution and day-to-day management of cold email outreach campaigns using our prospecting and outreach CRM platform. - Research and identify valid contacts and email addresses from pre-qualified websites and build high-quality and highly-targeted prospect lists for cold email outreach. - Ensure high email deliverability success rates (and near-zero spam and bounce rates) by demonstrating a good understanding of email marketing and email campaign best practices. - Manage multiple email inboxes to regularly monitor email campaign performance and suggest recommendations and improvements where possible. - Ensure email campaigns follow current industry policies and best practices.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Assist in updating the Campaign Pipeline Tracker Report once a week. Assist in issuing of certificates for validated Lifetime Links and recognized CH/LB performers once a month. Escalate feedback through proper channels (e.g., work tools, email issues, project, observations) Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment Responds to chats/emails within 24 hours.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Complete 15 minimum campaigns (Free/Paid) daily. Remove irrelevant leads using BuzzStream folders (DA/DR) twice daily. Update Ahrefs (DR), Quickmail and Buzzstream usage reports or logs daily. Automatically pull leads from Live Links for new or active projects/guides Dispatch leads to the production team after pull-out is completed Check lead SLAs weekly and reassign or escalate as needed Update daily lead dispatch group chats after pull-out Escalate feedback through proper channels (e.g., work tools, email issues, project, observations) Participate in team collaboration meetings twice a month. Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment Responds to chats/emails within 24 hours.
