Profile Description

Provides primary administrative and client coordination support for Australian telehealth psychology practices, serving as the first point of contact for clients, psychologists, GPs, via phone and email. I manage shared inbox inquiries, resolve client concerns end-to-end, and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators and funders to ensure service continuity. I utilize CRM and practice management systems, including HubSpot, Halaxy, and Tacklit, to maintain accurate client records, track communications, and support workflow visibility. I coordinate clinician schedules, verify service delivery against documentation, and follow up on missing reports to maintain operational accuracy. I oversee end-to-end billing, including EPC and non-EPC invoicing, claim submissions, reconciliations, and rejected claim resolution, while maintaining billing trackers to ensure compliance with NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and Workers’ Compensation requirements.
