Profile Description

I am an Assistant Manager in 4 branches of clinics in Scottsdale Arizona. I have been working in the customer service field for 7 years. I was an admin assistant for a couple of months where I managed the calendar of my client, took care of his social media account, and updated the things that needed to be done. I was a Team Leader trainee and Subject Matter Expert for 4 years. I was able to use my knowledge theoretically in dealing with and interacting with different people in the culture. I want to be fully equipped and confident to withstand the expectations of any possible employer with whom I will have or will be working. I am a motivated professional, looking to improve my current situation and my professional skills to be a continuing contributor to the company. I am also open to any role given. I am willing to be trained and can work under pressure as this will enhance my existing qualifications and will equip me with deeper knowledge that will help me become a successful individual.
