Profile Description

I have a 6-year experience in customer service for an E-commerce company that is based in Utah. We multi-task in handling phone calls, emails, chats, text messages, and even respond to voicemails. I am knowledgeable in tools such as ShoreTel, Solar Eclipse, Google Sheet, Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, Olark and Prokeep. I am well-experienced in dealing with customers in the US and am able to manage situations with irate customers. I also memorize the two-letter State abbreviations in the US. Having worked in this company allowed me to develop foundations needed in customer service like patience, empathy, understanding of customer needs, and making sure that at the end of the day, they get a worthwhile experience and customer satisfaction. I also have experience working for an Amazon account. My responsibilities entails checking status of purchase orders
with manufacturers and vendors, processing Amazon dropships and
procurements, managing Amazon orders, handling
buyer cancellation requests, monitoring late shipments, managing Amazon inventory, fixing
listing and pricing errors, uploading Amazon automate pricing, managing Amazon FBA inventories, shipments and returns.
