I've been doing this for nine years, and honestly, I still love it.

I started out taking calls and answering chats, the basic stuff. However, I was always the person who would finish a shift and think, "there has to be a better way to do this". That curiosity is what kept moving me forward. From a CSR at Sitel to a Phone Banker at HSBC , to a Resolution Specialist at TDCX who eventually got promoted into their Advertising Department—each step taught me something new about how businesses actually run, and what clients actually need.

Right now, I work as a Quality Analyst and Head of Sales for a client I first met on Upwork. We've been working together for almost four years. I didn't expect it to grow into what it is—but I showed up consistently, looked for problems before they were pointed out to me, and built workflows from scratch that helped the team work 80% more efficiently and cut their onboarding time by 15%. I'm not sharing that to impress anyone. I just think it says more about how I work, than any job title could.
