From my previous 2 jobs and current job, I was exposed to the full accounting cycle from the identification and recognition of accountable transactions,  the reconciliation of account balances, and to the preparation and communication of financial reports. Also, I am knowledgeable and have professional experience with the below:
- Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook etc.)
- Google Docs Editor Suite tools (Docs, Sheets etc.)
- Quickbooks Online accounting system
- Xero accounting system
- Paypal, Stripe and online banking functions
- Square, Amazon, Toast
- Gusto, ADP, Paychex
- File sharing apps: GDrive, Sharefile
- Office productivity tools: Asana, Microsoft To Do, Trello

I have experience accounting for the books of US, Hong Kong and Singapore companies. I have prepared and filed HK tax returns. I am also familiar with the basic US personal, corporate and sales tax returns, and have filed 1099 NEC and MISC.

I have experience with cash flow management: monitoring receivables to make sure invoices are billed and collected on time, and payables to manage expected expenses and identify which are more urgent for payment.

I have also managed an accounting team, performing monitoring and supervisory tasks. This also involved review of financial reports prepared by the team before it is reviewed by the project manager and the CEO for approval and issuance.

I can work independently or as a part of a team, being exposed to both in my previous roles.

I can learn by exploring on my own with minimum guidance.
