Administrative & Sales Support | CRM Management | Lead Generation
I help business owners stay organized and grow their pipeline by handling the admin and sales operations they don't have time for.

What I do day to day:
I manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho One), run lead generation using ---------- and LinkedIn, set up and execute email outreach campaigns, and keep your data, calendar, and reporting clean and up to date. I also handle general admin — scheduling, data entry, correspondence, document prep, and simple workflow automation.

My background:
I currently support sales and admin operations at Athena Automation, where I prospect for B2B clients, manage pipelines, and coordinate between clients and internal teams. Before that, I worked as an executive assistant at Out Task now Athena IT handling daily operations, reporting, and CRM management. I also spent 4 years at Sitel servicing AT&T and DirecTV accounts, which is where I built my communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
