Detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable and Receivable,
general ledger support, and bank reconciliations.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel, with
involvement in financial reporting, payroll and tax
support, and audit coordination. Strong customer
service and communication skills, ensuring timely
responses, accurate documentation, and effective
client coordination. 

- Proficient with Shopify, Magento, and ShipBob, Fulfillment by Amazon
- Expert in Zendesk and other Customer Support Sites.
- Highly experienced with QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoho applications, Gusto, and SocialSchedules. 
- Solid experience and understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable principles, and payroll management.
- Hands-on experience with Slack, Asana, and other collaborative work management platforms.
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
