Profile Description

With 9 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, and Customer Service, I've had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and that's probably my favorite part of the job.

I'm a Psychology graduate currently working as a freelance recruiter supporting companies across the U.S. Over the years, I've recruited for telecommunications, fiber construction, roofing, restoration, HVAC, solar, homecare, and construction companies, helping them find everyone from skilled technicians and sales professionals to corporate talent and subcontractor partners.

I enjoy the challenge of finding great candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles. Whether it's through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook groups, referrals, or a little recruiting detective work, I'm always excited to connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Before focusing on recruitment, I also gained experience in Customer Service and HR leadership roles, which helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

I'm comfortable working in fast-paced environments, managing full-cycle recruitment, and collaborating with hiring managers to help their teams grow. I'm also experienced with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24, ---------- , JazzHR, Greenhouse, CATSone, GoHighLevel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

At the end of the day, I genuinely enjoy helping people find opportunities and helping businesses find the talent they need to succeed.
