Profile Description

I am a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management graduate and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) accredited by the Human Resource Educators Association of the Philippines (HREAP).
During my on-the-job training at NOVADECI (Novaliches Development Cooperative), I worked as an HR Assistant/Staff, where I helped with recruitment, employee records management, and training coordination. This experience strengthened my knowledge of HR processes and developed my attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

I also have 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in leading BPO companies, handling clients such as Amazon and Verizon. In addition to providing excellent customer support, I was responsible for achieving sales targets, which enhanced my communication, problem-solving, and persuasion abilities.
I’m a proactive and reliable individual with a strong passion for human resources and administration. I aim to apply my combined HR background and customer service expertise to support businesses in achieving efficient operations and employee satisfaction. Skills Summary:
