I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and have been working in past six years as Customer Service/Admin Assistant/ Data Entry. I worked in a BPO before in a Australian account as a email processing for 4 years. After that I also worked in a Government Agency under private sector as a Team Leader. On my first year I forsee 34 associates, my task was conducting coaching, monitoring of KPI's, regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, inventory, updating transactions, communicate with the department head and client's. I also have working in a direct client before Austalian Client and US client as a project based. For Australian client I handle Ecommerce project I am responsible for an e-commerce business in the apparel sector as a Virtual Assistant. The majority of my duties involve making product listings, tweaking eBay photos, reviewing Shopify prices, and keeping track of product inventory. For the US client I worked in a real estate company as a cold calling wherein I directly communicate with agent to verify if they have any properties that need work for sale, because we are looking for fix & flips. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in both Customer Service and Data Entry.
