Profile Description

I have been in the BPO Industry for 9 years and I have learned a lot of things and skillsets during that time. I worked on different kinds of accounts as a customer service representative ranging from Publishing, Telecommunications, and Speaker Units. On those accounts, I was assigned to handle customer concerns by phone, email, and also chat.
I have also been given an opportunity to work with my colleagues as their mentor where I was tasked to handle a team by answering their frequently asked questions and helping them assist their customers too when it comes to difficult scenarios. I also provide pieces of training, refreshers, and, coaching sessions. Later on, after months of mentoring, I was given a chance to handle a team where I served as their supervisor.
I also worked as a freelance Virtual Assistant for an insurance company where I was tasked to create quotations, process mortgagee change requests, and also monitoring of pending cancellations.
