Profile Description

I have 6 years of experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. Initially, I worked as a customer service representative for 3 years, handling financial and antivirus accounts. Afterward, I transitioned to being a debt collection specialist for 4 years. In this role, I managed collection accounts using both manual and auto-dialer systems for both BPO and freelancing. When I transitioned to freelancing, I gained valuable experience in lead generation, Appointment setting, email support, and loss mitigation for two prominent car loan companies in Houston, Texas.
My skill set includes strong communication, attention to detail, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. I have been handling accounts that are past due and beyond the statute of limitations, which has honed my negotiation and problem-solving skills. I am a quick learner and can work with minimal supervision. Additionally, I have a typing speed of 60 words per minute and am proficient in various platforms and tools such as HubSpot CRM system, IDMS, RingCentral, Zip Crunch, and Live Vox.
