• Managing a territory of business' and managing their orders, settling pricing disputes with internal teams/departments and sending invoices to the business.
• Following up with the business to make sure invoices were received and taking payments or processing payments.
• Determining if orders can be released based on the customer's past due status.
• Managing orders that are past due. Taking incoming calls (15-20calls a day) from customers regarding statements, invoices copies, payments and processing payments.
• Advance Excel and Microsoft skills. Working with and building relationships with the businesses to ensure proper customer service and provide updates on orders due to payment status.
• Must provide great customer service to customers with a goal of obtaining payment information and processing customer orders.
